Traditional brokerage teams have historically consisted of individuals that basically perform identical tasks, with each member delivering at their respective level of acquired competence. Washington Real Estate Advisors’ approach to brokerage varies from this model. We’ve created a nuanced, interdisciplinary team that services every layer of the process, from conception to execution and beyond. While each team member is able to run any component within a given project, each WA-REA team member owns and controls specific elements of the multi-layered, brokerage process. This guarantees that our clients receive the depth of attention their business deserves and demands.
