Zane has participated in the leasing and sale of more than five million square feet of industrial space and over 300 acres of land. Prior to joining Washington Real Estate Advisors, he was with Colliers International and was widely recognized for his talents, having achieved, through a rigorous selection process, membership in Colliers “Base Camp,” an intensive international training for Colliers’ top 50 associates worldwide. Zane’s focus is the sale and leasing of industrial assets and currently as a member of WA-REA’s team, he represents over 3 million square feet of space.

Zane brings a corporate finance and investment banking perspective to brokerage, having worked on mergers and acquisitions, public/private stock offerings and business valuations during his tenure with McAdams Wright Ragen and Columbia Financial Advisors. His background offers a unique perspective on real estate transactions, highlighting the underlying value of an offering and the effects that property decisions have on balance sheets and overall profitability. An understanding of macroeconomic trends, including the dynamics of capital markets as they relate to commercial real estate and the general investment climate, provides clients a deeper, more accurate assessment of their real estate environment.
